mam my sponsor for studies is completely my uncle .and the fixed deposit that we have to show in bank is also in the joint account of me and my uncle.my father dont have sufficient funds to fund me.if vo asks me why not ur father?whats the answer i have to give please suggest me mam

You can say that your uncle is part of your family and he offered to help you for your education.
You say that you are taking the money as a soft loan and will return it once you start earning.

I am kailas from pune and willing to go for a RIT for fall 2010
I 20 amt is 40 k USD
Aid is 10k USD and i am planning to show 10 - 12 lacs savings
10 - 12 lacs PPF + PF + LIC + FD + Mutual funds,

Now this total would be arount 24 lacs but Vo would look for amunt of 40*2 k USD...soz total is approx 40 lacs ... am i needed to cover expenses of 40lacs and show it to them?? or present money plus a loan of around 7 - 8 Lacs is sufficient to convince them?
